Our journey into yoga began with a recognition of the growing need for mental and physical well-being in our communities. Observing the stress and challenges faced by individuals, we realized that accessible yoga could play a crucial role in promoting healthier lifestyles. Inspired by positive responses from early classes, we committed to expanding our efforts, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to experience the transformative benefits of yoga.

Sri JanaJagarana Trust is dedicated to promoting holistic well-being through its Yoga Center initiative. Currently, we operate 35 centers across both urban and rural areas, offering access to yoga and wellness practices that enhance physical and mental health. Our centers serve as spaces for individuals to connect with their inner selves, improve their well-being, and foster a healthy lifestyle.

Looking ahead, we have an ambitious plan to expand to 150 yoga centers throughout Karnataka. By bringing yoga to more communities, especially in underserved areas, we aim to promote mindfulness, health, and balance for all. These centers will continue to play a key role in empowering individuals to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Through this expansion, the Trust is committed to ensuring that the benefits of yoga are accessible to people from all walks of life, creating a healthier and more mindful society.
